Quota Attainment = (Actual Sales / Sales Quota) × 100
What is Quota Attainment?
Quota Attainment measures how much of the assigned sales target a rep or team has achieved. It's the primary performance metric for sales organizations and directly impacts comp plans and forecasting.
Healthy organizations aim for 60-70% of reps hitting quota. If attainment is too high across the board, quotas may be set too low.
